191/365….So Far…So Good….

Our Tomatoes are being nice to us so far this year. πŸ˜€ First we have our Topsy Turvey’s hanging from the back of our house. Nicely growing and they have lots of yellow flowers. The one in the foreground has a couple of green tomatoes. They are both cherry tomato bushes.

Below is the plant that is making me soooo proud. When we transferred it to a bigger pot, because we couldn’t find another Topsy to save our souls, it didn’t do much of anything and we thought it was dead, but we kept watering it and adding tom food and fertilizer and now look at it. Soooo Proud. πŸ˜€

Now we come to the Big Guy. He’s our Beef Steak plant. He needs a bit of a trim, but he’s doing great. πŸ˜€

Finally, Sable’s not the only one with Toms. πŸ˜€ Look at those three babies. Aren’t they just the cutest… πŸ˜€

Our tomato plants aren’t looking quite so productive as yours – just a few wee yellow flowers at the moment, but I’m hoping that they’ll keep growing. Well done on keeping that one in the middle alive. πŸ™‚

It must be quite amazing to eat your own tomatoes !

The topsy turvy ones are smashing! What a great idea for more room in a small gardening space. πŸ™‚ I’ll stick with flowers, herbs and fruit trees. Keeps me busy with canning the whole season through. Might try tomatoes some time later when we get a decent greenhouse though because I love home made / canned salsa.
