282/365 Europa Park

We took a short vacation to Freiburg and Europa Park in Germany.  These are a few of the sights we saw-

The Grossmunster in Frieburg (I love the architectural detail on this church).

A few shots from Europa Park, from the fall decorations-

To the rides- the first is the Wodan, a wooden rollercoaster, pictured is the structure;  the second is the Blue Fire- a high speed twisty, loopy coaster- the picture is a reflection from the natural gas display building that sponsors the ride.

And lastly- back home some more garden flowers in an arrangement

Have a wonderful October week 🙂

Love the building. 😀 (hides from the roller coasters.) The flower’s very pretty…. But a dinosaur in a pumpkin patch? 😕 Weird.

    Yeah, what’s with the pumpkin/gourd dinosaur? 😀

The church looks really neat. I’d love to see that and explore it.

I suppose the dinosaurs were to attract the kids- you know- Amusement park- kids- dinosaurs- kids- pumpkins- fall- decorations… It supports the local pumpkin farmers anyway *shrugs* 😀
