312/365 – Leeds’ buildings lit up at night

So, on my walk home from work, I pass by a lot of gorgeous buildings, some of which are lit up for the evenings. Because the clocks have gone back (they went back at the end of October – the UK generally changes its clocks a week before North America), it’s dark when I’m walking to the train station from work. I’ve been wanting to experiment with my new phone and its much better camera, so here are some photos of the buildings.

Here’s the O2 Academy Building – the lights change colour too. I had a hard time deciding which colour combination was the prettiest!

And the Leeds City Museum

Finally, the Radisson Blu Hotel – the lights were actually a deep yellow, despite what it looks like.

One thing I don’t mind about the time change- the lights and then the seasonal lights. Love the colored lighting on the Academy as well. Thanks for sharing Heliona 🙂
